Returns & Cancellation Policy

Chocolini’s operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return an item to us for any reason please contact us first via email or telephone, see contact page for details.



Returns will be accepted and given a full refund if they are returned in the condition that they were sold, in original packaging unopened. Customers are liable for the cost of postage to return any items. All returns must be sent to Chocolini’s, 3 Windsor Road, Saltburn by the Sea, TS12 1AX within 14 days of purchase and provide the customer’s name, address and email with the parcel.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt, please be aware that during seasonal periods (Christmas and Easter) the refund may take longer. If you have any queries regarding your return refund please email and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.


Faulty and Incorrect Goods:

If somehow the goods you receive are faulty or incorrect then please contact via email with customer and order details and a description of the issue with a photo if necessary. We can then can arrange a full refund and cover the cost of returns.



Once a payment is complete there can be no cancellation made, if you have any queries regarding this please email and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
